Writing from Maccas at Carcassonne. Got back over the border on Friday and went to Banyuls sur Mer on the coast at the base of the Pyrenees. Think of Noosa on the Mediterranean - very pretty, very touristy, very expensive but tacky!
We were not real keen on it and were glad to leave - road in and out was narrow, windy, and horrible. I miss Spanish roads already.
Yesterday travelled to Lezignan-Courbieres via Perpignan and Narbonne enough route to Carcassonne. Not interested in stopping in big towns so are picking little ones at random.
Tonight we are going to over night at Avignet-?. Near Toulouse. Then we Wil head for the Ardeche. Not too thrilled at the prospect as have scary memories of the roads there. Van is going well so trying to have faith in vehicle and driver. That is where our next naturist camping is, and we plan on staying there for a week.
Hope to have decent Wi-Fi there. The ones we have had lately have been shockers!!!!
